Betsy Haley was born and raised in Downers Grove, Illinois. She received a BFA from the University of Illinois in 2002. Soon after she moved to San Diego in pursuit of new artistic inspiration. She currently lives in Pacific Beach, CA with her husband Jimmy and their 2 dogs Grace and Tally.
